The annual report from the Buffalo Park at Wainwright shows a satisfactory increase in the number of animals during the year. There are 537 more buffalo in the park than there were a year ago, making a total of 2020 buffalo and 3441 wild animals of all kinds in the park.
The park authorities carry on farming operations to a certain extent, which includes the raising of grain crops and cutting of natural hay for their own use.
About 5000 visitors from all parts of the Continent registered during the year.
