Last Shipment of Buffalo

————

The final shipment of the herd of buffalo from the Montana ranch of Michel Pablo is expected here this week.

The last shipment will consist of 100 animals, the wildest of the herd, which the Dominion government purchased some few years ago. Every year for the past three years a buffalo round-up has been held on Pablo’s ranch, and the animals that have to be rounded up this time are the ones that have managed to break through the corrals or otherwise elude their captors. They are the pick of the whole herd and are strong, wiry animals, so that a hard time is expected before they are caught and shipped to Wainwright.
