Buffalo Head Brings Fancy Price

————

A magnificent specimen of a buffalo head pronounced to be one of the finest yet secured in Canada, is now at the taxidermists. The head is that of the buffalo killed last week at Elk Park, near Lamont, owing to its having broken a hip. The animal was fourteen years old and weighed 1400 pounds. The head was purchased from H. Douglas, superintendent of national parks by Richard Secord, of Edmonton, for $350.00.
