The buffalo head commemorates the Park era, when thousands of buffalo roamed the ranges which are now training fields. The crown depicts our Sovereign, the maple leaves salute Canada and the three wild roses identify the provincial floral emblem of Alberta. The Camp Motto is “We Serve” those that come here to Camp Wainwright and train, and “We Serve” our Queen and Country.
